Nexus 6 Android N update, USB debugging off

Hey! I have Nexus 6 with unchecked 'Enable USB debugging' option. When I tried to update to Android N, device became unbootable (it stucks on bootloader). Standard options like resetting to OEM setting etc did nothing, so I tried some recipes to get it alive (adb/fastboot. Seems like I cannot do anything as I haven't enabled debugging option, so my question is: could I (or even anyone) resurrect it? Or should I get a new phone? :)
