CWM not showing any zip files

Hi,

i have lenovo K3 note T50 and i installed CWM and then nexus v2 ROM. I wanted to install another zip (patch to edit turned off phone charging screen) but in CWM i can't access internal SD card and anything on it. I do not have any external SD card, only internal one . In CWM after ->install zip-> choose zip from /sdcard-> I cant choose any folder. (I could when i was installing custom ROM). After clicking on choose zip from /sdcard there is a screen with :
Choose a zip to apply

/sdcard/
->clockworkmod/
-> ++++Go Back++++

and in log it says:

set language to english
I: Cannot load volume /misc.
I: using /data/media/0 for /sdcard.
I: using /data/media/0 for /sdcard
I: Cannot load volume/misc.

Any ideas so i could install zip from any file?

I tried creating folders and putting .zip there like /sdcard/data/media/0 or /sdcard/data/media/0/0 or even putting zip in /sdcard
