Any roms for the verizon Moto e?

i am trying to decide if I should buy it as it's only $35 at best buy.com but I don't know if there is any good roma for one and I don't want to buy one where I can't personalize/customize/tweak or whatever else I wanna be able to do with one. please help I am so new to this but I get the basics and know enough that a custom Rom would optimize my phone(dont know if that's the right word for it) please any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
