G930f xposed

Hey guys, i rooted my galaxy S7 G930F without installing a custom recovery cuz i was afraid that i will lose my data if i install TWRP as i read that it wipes data if i enable system modifications.

My question is can i install xposed and flash the zip file related to it with flashfire without using a custom recovery ?
