Help on unlocking bootloader huawei gx8 rio-l03

I have the US huawei gx8 rio-l03 and wanting to unlock the bootloader. I have created a huawei I.d but when I go to login at the unlock bootloader page I get an error message as shown in the pic. Any help or ideas please
